Jožka's wine, naturally.

We are a winemaking family in Uherské Hradiště, in the Moravian south-east of the Czech Republic. Jožka makes the wine and likes to surprise you with every new sample. His wife Jaruška cooks, and people remember her cooking. Jaromír, the son-in-law, puts the two together into one unhurried evening. 🙂

We ferment on wild yeast, we never filter, and we use as little sulphur as we can.
