Rooms right next to the cellar

Next to the winery is a single-storey house with the Studio and the Apartment inside. Both look out onto trees.

We fitted them out the way we would want to find a place ourselves.

The cellar is a few steps away. Guests usually stay for a long weekend, and for a whole week in summer.

The Studio

The Studio is one room, with two stools at the bar. Just right for two.

The kitchen corner has a hob, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, crockery and wine glasses. The bathroom has a shower.

The door opens straight onto a terrace.

Air conditioning

The Apartment has two rooms. The children get one of their own. So do the snoring colleagues from the tasting.

The kitchen has a gas hob and an electric oven, plus a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. You can cook a proper lunch here, not just reheat one.

You come in under a covered terrace that opens onto the lawn.

Two gardens, a pergola in each

Under each pergola is a table to carry an open bottle out to. The rest is lawn.

A gate joins the two gardens. Come as two families and you can open it and walk straight across, not round the whole house.

On a bike

The cycle path runs a minute from the house, and the winery sits on the Moravian Wine Trail. You can lock a bike here and charge an e-bike.

Six more beds down the hill

Down the hill, in the village hall, we have one more place to stay. It has 6 beds and is mainly for a night's sleep after a tasting. Between the Studio, the Apartment and this one there are 15 beds in all, 12 of them for people not sharing a double.

Getting here

The rooms are at Na Kopci 67, the winery next door at 68. The house stands on the bend of Na Kopci street, just below the little church. The nearest bus stop, Uherské Hradiště, Sady, Za Kovárnou, is about 350 metres away, and Kunovice railway station is a kilometre. Both walks are described step by step on the contact page.

Useful to know

Keys from 3pm, back by 10am

You're welcome to arrive late in the evening. We send the key safe code beforehand, and you put the keys back in it when you leave.

Park by the house, or by the church

There are two parking spaces by the house, up a narrow lane. If you'd rather not drive up it, or both spaces are taken, come via Pod Lipkami street and leave the car by the church, a hundred metres from the house.

The Studio has its entrance from the street

The key safe hangs by the door, next to the postbox.

The Apartment has its entrance behind the house

Go round to the far side of the house, past the parking spaces and through the garden gate onto the terrace, where the key safe is by the door.

Bedding is ready, and slippers come in handy

Towels and soap too. The floors are tiled.

The Wi-Fi is called Na_Kopci

You'll find the password inside.

No smoking inside

Under the pergola, yes.

We don't take pets

So it stays comfortable for guests with allergies too.

Our wine is waiting in the fridge, paid by QR code

The coffee too. You'll find the code on the fridge and behind the coffee machine.
