We're there in person at every event. Unless a fan happens to be pouring for us while we taste our way round the other winemakers... it's happened before. Otherwise we'll be glad to say hello, have a chat and pour you whatever we've got open.

For us, November is when young wine is at its most interesting: you taste it from the barrel and the demijohn, unfiltered and sometimes still cloudy. It's full of the aromas that come from the grapes and from fermentation; some are still fermenting, and the finished ones can have a few fine bubbles. If you love fruit and flowers in your glass, you'll find them here at their purest, before the wine settles.
We'll open a whole range of young wines, and our own favourites among them are Muškát moravský (Moravian Muscat), Hibernal and Medkovo cuvée. Jožka and Jaromír will be pouring, with older vintages alongside.
Six winemakers within a single kilometre, all on foot, and you can start with any of them, us included, at Na Kopci 68. Entry is free; samples are 50 ml pours, paid in cash to each winemaker. An OIV glass is 60 CZK in every open cellar, or bring your favourite from home. At ours you can pay for bottles by card too.

In the farmsteads they bake wafers and Christmas biscuits, and Saint Nicholas goes from house to house with an angel and a devil.
At the stand we'll pour you our legendary mulled wine, and a glass of our white or red too.

In Sady the hody are still a traditional village feast: the local young people put them on for themselves, not for tourists.
The Friday before is a perfect day for a wine tasting with us, and the hody and the evening dance follow over the weekend.

You'll find us with our wine in front of the historic wine cellar at the top of the open-air museum. Whether there's burčák (young fermenting wine) depends on our yeasts: we pour it only when we catch it at just the right moment.

Folklorní neděle s muzikou a zpěvem na závěr Slováckých slavností vína a otevřených památek. Po sobotě, kdy je Hradiště plné lidí, si můžete vyjít do zeleně, na kopec, odkud je celé město jako na dlani. Ve staveních vám průvodci ukážou, jak naše babičky praly, mandlovaly a pekly.

Jedna z posledních vyjížděk sezóny, s dalšími vinaři symbolicky zavíráme vinařské stezky. Na zahradě otevřeme naše vína, a pokud už bude hotové, i první mladé. Kola je kam postavit, vlastní zámek na kolo se hodí.

Podzim, jak ho znala slovácká dědina: čerstvý chleba, kouř z udírny a jablečný mošt. Na poli u vinohradu orají s koňmi, a to se dneska jen tak nevidí.

Na Kopci 68, on the Moravian Wine Trail. If you're passing this way, book a tasting with us. We're part of the Uherské Hradiště open cellars, so from spring to autumn we also pour on some Fridays and Saturdays, no booking needed. We add the dates to this page as they come up.
We're among the museum's vineyard buildings, so you can stop by on your walk round with your entry ticket. We open every day except Monday, 10:00-16:00. During the year you'll also find us at events and at the International Folklore Festival Strážnice. We usually have ten or more wines to choose from, pour by the glass and sell bottles too. We mix spritzers with wine, and alcohol-free ones for children and drivers.
The reception and its seating are open to anyone passing by. It sits halfway up the hill to the chapel of St Roch. Your reward for the climb is a beautiful view from here over Uherské Hradiště and the Chřiby hills. The staff will pour you a glass of our wine, and if one takes your fancy, they have our bottles too.
