We lead our tastings the way we'd want to experience them ourselves. We follow the group's mood: sometimes we mostly talk about the wine, sometimes about everything else.

The tasting

most guests' pick The whites, one by one Duration 2 h 12+ samples homemade pâté or a board of cold cuts and cheese 750 CZK per person Here you get a break from today's rush. We talk through every sample and answer whatever you want to know about wine. All of it unfiltered, with very little sulphur, and damn good.

Dropping in Duration 40 min 5 samples 400 CZK per person We pour, and for each wine we tell you where it's from and how it came to be. It fits a group tour's stop or one slot in a bigger programme. Picking wine for a wedding or a party? We'll help you choose.

By the glass Samples poured Sit down, pick from the wine list, and we'll pour. When your glass runs dry, ring the bell and we'll bring the next sample. Good when you want to talk with your friends, not with us. There are five wines on the list, each sample 100 ml. We can also open any bottle from the current range on our website, and you're welcome to take the opened bottle home. You're welcome to bring a small bite of your own, and if we sort it out beforehand, we'll put together a board of cold cuts and cheese.

Extend the visit The reds, one by one Duration 1 h 4 samples a board of cold cuts and cheese 850 CZK per person People say reds don't do well here in Moravia. Plenty of our guests have changed their minds. We share four of our reds with you. We often come back to them later and taste them again once they've opened up. If anything's left, you're welcome to take the open bottles home for later. Staying on after the tasting 350 CZK/person/hour We set the wines you picked on the table, bring more food, and the evening is yours.

Food

We cook the main meal for both lunch and dinner.

Homemade pâté or charcuterie board included Comes about halfway through the tasting. Grilled meat 280 CZK/person Chicken or pork. With bread or salad, paired with wine. Slow-cooked pork neck 420 CZK/person Braised with cabbage and red wine, served with homemade dumplings. We pair it with one of our reds. Five-course menu paired with wine 1 715 CZK/person We put it together around the season, the occasion, and any allergies.
